  Staff was friendly, but I dropped a package off on a Wednesday, and it didn’t actually get shipped until the following Monday... This package has now gone from the estimated 3 days to 8 because they held onto the package for 5 days. Might be fine to use them if you don’t care about speed, but this was a package that needed to be shipped quickly.
