  Blackburn Fitness has significantly impacted my overall wellness. Ken is one of the best fitness instructors I've ever worked with and is an expert in strength and conditioning training as well as nutrition. The class times are convenient, the other gym members are friendly and encouraging, and the variation in training circuits designed by Ken has resulted in the best cardio I've ever had.
