  For the most part, this place is nice.
  They keep up on lawn maintenance and make the outside look presentable. They are very nice owners and I couldn’t have asked for a better first apartment. However, my laundry room (Building A) has been out of order for the last month or two; causing every one in the complex to have to use Building B’s laundry room which is impossible. You have people doing MULTIPLE loads at ALL times and no one can get their laundry done. I had just loaded money onto my laundry card the day before they went down, and now have $20.00 I can’t use and laundry I can’t wash. I work in a profession where I cannot afford to just wear dirty clothes in hopes the laundry mat is empty by the time I get home to do my laundry.... because it literally never is. That’s the one and only major flaw I’ve had so far. Otherwise, lovely place.
