  I took my daughter with autism here for her first haircut.
  She does not like having her hair touched or being made to sit still, so we knew it'd be stressful going into it.
  The hairdresser was so sweet and understanding of my daughter's needs. We started off in the chair but quickly ended up on the floor.
  The hairdresser stayed very calm and sat on the floor with my daughter and I, and managed to give her a wonderful haircut even though there were several times when she had to stop for me to pick my daughter back up into a sitting position, or to even make my daughter feel more comfortable during the process.
